Brick by brick! Dismantling my fear of public speaking through improv class, I discovered a hidden passion for communication and connection that fueled my career change.

The MA of Music Therapy program’s practicum, internship, and intensive period were not mere checkboxes on a syllabus, they were transformative chapters in my own personal evolution. Through this journey, I not only mastered the language of music therapy but also discovered the depths of my own resilience, compassion, empathy, and the boundless potential music holds to heal and maintain the human spirit.

Fortunately, this program offered a comprehensive and diverse internship experience within the dynamic landscape of music therapy. Immersed in settings like Rajanukul Institute for individuals with developmental disabilities, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital for rehabilitation, SoulSound MT Studio for mental health, and Manarom Hospital for psychiatric care, I gained invaluable insights into the vast potential of music as a therapeutic tool. This exposure not only broadened my skillset as an intern but also equipped me with a unique understanding of the varied applications of music therapy, preparing me for a well-rounded future in the field.

I am a music therapist at Navavej International Hospital working with adults in private psychiatric and mental health settings. And also private practice.

The program truly prepared me for the diverse work I do today. I find deep satisfaction in every element of my job, especially the way it contributes to my own personal and professional development.

I’m living the dream! Every day, I get to do what I love: providing empowering therapeutic support to my clients who truly blossom under our work together. This moment of being with them is all I could ever wish for.
