My education at Chula was a journey of profound growth, both as a person and as a music therapist. The path was filled with challenges and moments of inner conflict, but what stood out most was the unwavering support that surrounded me, even when physical distance separated us. Despite my friends and professors being far away, I always felt a strong sense of togetherness. The bond we shared transcended distance, and I was continually uplifted and supported by their encouragement and guidance, reminding me that we were never truly apart.
What I liked most about my experience at Chula was the Intensive week! We get to meet our friends & professors in-person, to learn and have fun together! It can be emotional at times but it’s alright because we have each other.

My internship experiences included the Special Needs Therapy Centre, Rehabilitation Centre, Psychiatry Hospital. The best part of my internship was that I got to experience working with different population in my home country & abroad in Belgium! I was exposed to different approaches and the cultural impact, which allowed me to integrate what I learned and experienced to my future practice.
I am currently working at Xin With Me Music Therapy, where I run my private practice by providing home visit music therapy services for children/teen with special needs. By running my own practice means that I am responsible to everything, including marketing and sales. Apart from that, I am also providing services in The Happy Leaves Autism & Special Needs Therapy Centre (associate) and music school (part-time registered music therapist). The best part of my job is the Continuous learning! Apart from professional development, I learn a lot from my clients as we work together! Also, the sense of fulfilment that comes from witnessing even the tiniest progress in my clients.
