I like the diversity of culture and approaches of music therapy practice that are provided by World-class professors. These are very unique, valuable and helpful for integrating into the Thai context.
I had internships both in Thailand and abroad in Belgium as part of the university’s exchange program. Internship not only provided me with work experience but also allowed me to grow up to become a good music therapist in a safe atmosphere.
I had experiences working with palliative care patients, pediatric patients in pediatric wards and PICU, and also patients with other medical conditions at Thammasat University Hospital as a music therapist. Currently serving as a music therapist at Plibai Kindergarten School in the special education program, as well as working in private practice and as a private piano teacher.
The program prepared me to have the competency of a Music Therapist, which includes being flexible, adaptable, and creative. Music therapy is both art and science.
As a Music Therapist, being able to use music to help people is fulfilling to my heart and this experience is very valuable for me.
